This position started as the President of North America at Barkawi Management Consultants, a provider of supply chain and aftersales transformation services. Before Barkawi, Mike founded Servigistics (now part of PTC), the market-leading provider of service parts planning and pricing solutions used by over 100 clients worldwide.

Mike has a BS in Computer Science from Georgia Tech and an MBA in Economics from Georgia State University.
