Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Design and architect Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Document current and future state solution architecture, including functional and technical specifications, data integration, and data migration solution design.
• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other relevant technologies.
• Create custom integrations with external systems and APIs to enable seamless data exchange and functionality.
• Fix client issues in a timely manner to ensure SLA compliance and high customer satisfaction
• Implement best practices for code quality, security, and data governance.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support in technical aspects.
• Conduct code reviews, perform debugging, and optimize application performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, technologies, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
• Provide technical guidance and support during all phases of the software development life cycle.

Qualifications / Skills / Competencies

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working on Salesforce technologies.
• Proven experience in designing and developing solutions on salesforce platform.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other relevant technologies.
• Experience in Salesforce platform architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Familiarity with declarative tools such as Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Flow.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Strong documentation skills for creating professional solution design documents
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, are highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science/Applications is preferred
