Sales/Account Executive

About the Job

ketteQ is a Supply Chain Planning platform provided as a Software-as-a-service solution based on innovative technology. As we continue to grow and evolve, we are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales/Account Executive to join our team and help grow our client base while fostering long-term relationships.

The Sales/Account Executive is responsible for identifying potential clients, closing new business, and managing and nurturing existing accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of the sales process, effective prospecting skills, and the ability to deliver solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify new sales opportunities through research, networking, and outbound calls/emails.
  • Sales Process Management: Conduct sales presentations, Coordinate product demos, and meetings with prospective clients to secure new business.
  • Account Management: Maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Client Retention and Upselling: Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts, driving client loyalty and account growth.
  • Sales Goals and Reporting: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, maintaining accurate records and reports on sales activities.
  • Market Research: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to position our offerings effectively.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 10+  years of proven experience in enterprise software sales.
  • Understanding/experience in supply chain planning domain
  • Strong understanding of sales process, prospecting, and client management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
