Autonomous AI Developer - Supply Chain Planning

ketteQ is a supply chain planning and automation platform provided as a SaaS solution. As we continue to grow and evolve, we're seeking a pioneering Autonomous AI Developer to architect and implement advanced agentic AI systems that revolutionize our supply chain planning operations. This role focuses on creating autonomous agents using modern agentic frameworks to develop self-improving, goal-directed systems that can independently handle complex supply chain decisions while maintaining robust alignment with organizational objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement agentic AI architectures using frameworks like AutoGPT, BabyAGI, and AgentGPT to create goal-oriented autonomous systems for supply chain planning

• Develop custom agentic frameworks that combine LLMs, tool use, memory systems, and planning capabilities to create sophisticated supply chain agents

• Architect multi-agent systems with specialized roles (Planner, Executor, Controller, Observer) that can collaborate and coordinate complex supply chain operations

• Implement advanced cognitive architectures incorporating reflection, meta-learning, and recursive self-improvement capabilities

• Create robust agent alignment mechanisms ensuring autonomous systems maintain goal consistency and value alignment throughout their operation

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, or related field with focus on autonomous systems

• 5+ years of experience developing autonomous AI systems

• Deep expertise in agentic AI frameworks and cognitive architectures

• Strong background in implementing LLM-based autonomous agents

• Experience with agent memory systems (episodic, semantic, procedural)

• Proven track record of deploying production-grade autonomous agents

• Strong experience with mathematical optimization tools

Technical Skills:

• Agentic Development Frameworks:

 - AutoGPT and derivatives

 - LangChain/LlamaIndex for agent construction

 - BabyAGI and task decomposition systems

 - Custom agent frameworks and architectures

• Agent Components

 - Planning and reasoning modules

 - Tool use and API integration

 - Memory systems and knowledge bases

 - Meta-learning and reflection mechanisms

 - Agent communication protocols

• Optimization Tools & Frameworks:

 - Google OR-Tools for constraint programming and optimization

 - Gurobi/CPLEX for mathematical optimization

 - PyMO for mathematical modeling

 - Optuna/Ray Tune for hyperparameter optimization

 - SCIP optimization suite

 - LocalSolver for local search optimization

• ML & Deep Learning:

 - PyTorch/TensorFlow

 - Scikit-learn

 - XGBoost/LightGBM

 - Reinforcement learning frameworks

Core Competencies:

• Deep understanding of agentic AI architectures and design patterns

• Expertise in implementing cognitive architectures for autonomous agents

• Strong knowledge of agent alignment and safety mechanisms

• Experience with multi-agent coordination and communication

• Ability to design scalable and reliable agent systems
