Prior to becoming CEO at ketteQ, Cy was the founder, president and CEO of AirSage, the largest provider of consumer locations and population movement intelligence in the U.S.

Dr. Jain graduated from UT Austin with a PhD in supply chain management and has 25 years of experience in transforming supply chains of companies through use of innovative technology solutions.

He has held senior leadership positions at supply chain technology companies including Servigistics, PTC & i2 Technologies and also has experience of managing global supply chain operations for a large OEM. Early in his career, Dr. Jain spent two years as an academic in College of Business at University of Cincinnati where his research focused on supply chain management of short life cycle products. Prior to joining ketteQ, Dr. Jain was the founder and CEO of Wright Shore Technologies, a company focused on developing and implementing industry leading supply chain solutions.

Dr. Jain received his Bachelors in Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology at Mumbai.

With over 25 years as a marketing leader for Microsoft, Starbucks and T-Mobile, Heather has deep roots in all aspects of marketing strategy, branding, customer acquisition and product lifecycle management.

An innovative and thoughtful marketing leader, Heather was an original member of the Microsoft Digital Strategy team leading website design, advertising and defining how to engage customers digitally; she was a senior marketing leader in the expansion of Starbucks into CPG and spearheaded the brand entry into India; with T-Mobile, she managed all facets of Target's first private-label wireless brand launch and the acclaimed Flagship store expansion.

Prior to joining ketteQ, Heather founded Vive Marketing to bring big-business marketing chops to small business owners, helping them grow and thrive.
